What is Artknit Club?
Artknit Club is our new Loyalty & Referral Program — a way to thank and engage our community.It celebrates those who share our values of craftsmanship, transparency, and timeless design
How can I join?
Membership is free and open to everyone.You can sign up or log in directly here and enter your name, email, and password
How does it work?
Members receive reward points for each purchase or engagement with the brand, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. Each action brings you closer to exclusive benefits and experiences. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page here
What are the membership levels or Tiers?
The program is structured across three tiers:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
Each tier unlocks increasing benefits. Your tier is automatically determined by your total spend over the past 12 months.
I’m already a customer — do I need to register again?
If you’ve shopped with us before, you’re already part of Artknit Club. You’ll be automatically placed in the tier that reflects your purchase history over the past 12 months.
Please note that orders placed before the program launch do not generate points.
How can I earn points?
You can collect points by:
- Shopping on the Artknit Studios website and in our stores in Milan, Rome, Paris, and Biella
- Completing engagement actions (such as subscribing to our newsletter, leaving reviews, following us on social media, and more)
What can I do with my points?
Points allow you to:
- Redeem exclusive rewards
- Move up to higher membership tiers
- Access special experiences (coming in the next program phase)
How does the Referral Program work?
Refer a friend and share the Artknit experience:
- Your friend receives €15 off their first purchase when they spend at least €150.
- You receive €15 (in points) for each eligible referral as a thank-you for sharing Artknit with them.
Is the Loyalty Program valid both online and in-store?
Yes, our Loyalty Program is available both online and in-store, with some limitations on our London pop-up store.
London pop-up store policy:
If you make a purchase in the London pop-up store, your points will be added to your account within 30 working days.
Points cannot be redeemed in the London pop-up store but can be used online or in any of our other stores in Milan, Rome, Paris, and Biella.
Can Loyalty rewards be combined with other discounts or items from the Imperfect Selection?
No, Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other coupons or applied to items from the Imperfect Selection, as these are already offered at a reduced price.
Do my points have an expiration date?
Yes, points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Place your order by December 11th with standard shipping, or by December 16th with express shipping, to receive it in time for Christmas. For made-to-order items, the deadline is November 25th.
EXTENDED RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 15TH
We've extended our return period for the holidays! For purchases made between November 11th and December 31st, you can return your items until January 15th.

If you want to gift one of our items and wish for special packaging, you can add our gift wrap to your cart or request it in-store.
